Stunning Colors But Terrible Stains

I got this powder for a youth event for the teens in our youth group. As mentioned in the review title, the colors were incredible. They were so vibrant and looked amazing throughout the entirety of our event! For that, I couldn't have been happier! However, we had terrible staining! The powder stained the concrete around our church. It stained clothes (we planned on this, so noone was upset that clothes were stained). We also had lots of teens with stained skin and hair. We followed the instructions and used a blower, had the teens jump around, and several other things to no avail. For this reason, I give this a 3-star rating. The colors were amazing, but I don't know if it was worth the staining that came with it.

The color concentrate bottles were not the same. The bottles I received were like Condiment like bottles with chalk in them with no instructions.
