A: We offer free shipping, ordering through our website or on the phone. It takes about 3-6 business days, starting the day after they order. However, if you want expedited shipping call us (801-590-0324) and we can get you a quote. Expedited shipping does cost more.
Q: International Shipping?
A: Yes, We do ship internationally. You can call and we will get you a quote or if you are looking to ship to Canada check out our products on Amazon for deals too.
Q: What about cleanup?
A: The color on your grass will disappear the first time the sprinklers run. Any color on sidewalks/pavement can be washed away with a hose (a few minutes with a power washer never hurts).
Q: Will the color wash off skin/out of hair?
A: Yes! The easiest way to get it off is while it’s still dry (shake, wiggle, jump up and down, vacuum, etc). After that, soap and water, with a little rinse and repeat action will do the trick.
Q: Does color stain?
A: Step one, brush it off. Step two wash the affected area. Our colors are not permanent and not meant to stain, however if large concentrations are mixed with water the dyes can stain.
Q: What if it gets in our eyes?
A: Encourage participants to wear sunglasses (not only will everyone look way more cool) but it will greatly reduce the chances of getting color powder in eyes. However, never fear, the color is non-toxic. A simple rinse with water will take care of you.
Q: Can we eat the colors?
A: We don't recommend it. It is corn starch, but will taste about like colored dirt. We recommend wearing it, not ingesting it. If you cannot resist the desire to try it please know it is Gluten Free.
Q: Can we inhale it?
A: It’s a lot like breathing in dust and dirt, extensive exposure is not recommended.
Q: Are the colors safe?
A: Our vibrant colors are made up of Corn starch and FD&C and/or D&C colors. Color safety information: Approved for use in foods, cosmetics and/or drugs. These products are not considered hazardous, 29 CFR 1910-1200.
Our Colors-SDS will list any other ingredients you might have questions about.
Q: What is the Difference between Holi Festival Powder and Color Chalked Powder?
A: Color runs deep in the heart of India and this is where the Holi Festival Powder name comes from. Essentially it is the same as Color Chalk. The only differences is in the name and how people recognize it.
Q: Bath Bombs?
A: Some people have claimed success, but as far as we can tell it does not work. Our colors are meant to dissipate with water, as such do not have the desired effect.
A: Our colors are not made for coating anything.
