SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY

Free and fast shipping is available on all orders within the continental United States (excludes international shipping, express shipping, and APO addresses, as well as select products such as blasters).  Large bulk orders may find additional discounts when ordered over the phone at 801-528-1250.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Due to hazmat regulations, our pressurized blasters cannot be shipped by any means except FedEx or UPS ground transportation.  This will take 6-8 business (M-F) days. There are no exceptions.   

Our hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be seen until the following Monday. Please note that orders placed after 1PM may not go out until the next business day (meaning Monday through Friday).

PLEASE NOTE: Some out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax is calculated based on zip code.

RETURNS POLICY

Here at Chameleon Colors, we stand by the quality of our products. Our satisfaction guaranteed policy means that if you’re not satisfied with our product for any reason, let us know, and we will make it right! We offer free returns for any quality-related issue. We also accept returns of unopened color powder in its original packaging (with the exception of our color blasters) within 30 days. While we ask customers to cover a 10% restocking fee and return shipping (please email tracking number), we’re happy to help you find the most affordable shipping option! All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
