SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 and under $1200 (excludes international shipping, express shipping, and APO addresses, as well as select products). Large bulk orders may find additional discounts when ordered over the phone at 801-528-1250.
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Due to hazmat regulations, certain pressurized items cannot be shipped by any means except ground transportation. This will take 3-6 business (M-F) days. There are no exceptions.
Our hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will not be seen until the following Monday. Please note that orders placed after 1PM may not go out until the next business day (meaning Monday through Friday).

PLEASE NOTE: Some out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax is calculated based on zip code.
We offer 30-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer (either opened manufacturer defects or non-opened* customer returns). There is a 10% restocking fee. In addition, the customer will be expected to pay for the return shipping and should provide customer service with a tracking number. Please call customer service at 801-528-1250 if you have any questions about a product or our return policy. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
*Any product that is part of a kit or larger product will be considered opened if the larger product/kit has been opened.
