    Color great - extinguisher doesn’t work

    we have used the color product in the past and it has always been great. This time, however we tried the extinguishers for our start line and unfortunately, they did not work at all. It really made for a dull start to the race.

    One was a dud

    Be careful when you order these and order in plenty of time before your event. We had one that arrived with no charge and was useless, there was no time to order a replacement. It was for a gender reveal and both husband and wife were supposed to have one in hand. The instructions that came with the units were confusing and incorrect. I tried for two days to reach Chamelean to verify the instructions and it took them two days to get back to me. They finally got back to me 30 minutes before the event which left me no time to buy something else for the gender reveal. The one that did work, worked well and it was fun. I'm just not sure I would order from this particular supplier again due to the poor customer service. .

    I was just wondering how often do they send the wrong color? I read a lot of reviews on this and I’m worried that it might happen to me.

    I did love this idea for a gender reveal, but for how much you pay you don’t get that long with the color coming out. All of my stuff had plenty of air or whatever it’s called, but just wished it lasted longer. Overall still a success though!
